1) Increase in Silver price will be positive for the Silver mining companies on account of large silver mining.2) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday relaxed gold lending norms, allowing lenders to give up to 90% of the value of the gold pledged as loans. Currently, banks can lend up to 75% of the value of gold jewellery and ornaments. This will provide better liquidity to cash-strapped borrowers opting for gold loans.
