    I had opened a demat account in a franchisee of Motilal Oswal years ago and purchased few shares through IPO. I was on a sabbatical so couldn't track my account. Meanwhile my address, mobile no, e-mail id all changed. When I returned, I found the franchisee had shut shop. I was clueless and my efforts to get my account back was proving difficult as all my details had changed. It was Meghna Madam of 4AIM Investments who guided me and helped me recover my account. My account is reactivated now. Thanks to Madam.
